My name is Prabodh, a certified facilitator with the Osho International Foundation, dedicated to guiding individuals on their spiritual journeys. Through my work, I aim to create a nurturing space where individuals can explore their inner selves, cultivate mindfulness, and embark on transformative paths toward personal growth.
About “Shine Higher”
At the heart of Shine Higher lies a profound commitment to personal transformation and collective healing. My journey began over a decade ago, ignited by a deep yearning for connection between the mind, body, and spirit. This quest led me to explore various modalities, including holistic counseling, laughter yoga, and Osho’s active meditations, each enriching my understanding of human potential. I believe that every individual possesses the innate ability to heal and evolve, and my philosophy centers on creating safe spaces where people can experience this awakening. Through movement, meditation, and shared experiences, I strive to empower others to break free from their limitations, embrace their true selves, and cultivate meaningful connections with one another. Together, we can foster a community that celebrates growth, compassion, and the transformative power of mindfulness.

OSHO's Golden Light Meditation - Prabodh Shine Higher
This video will demonstrate how to practice OSHO’s Golden Light Meditation, which originally comes from Tao. Taoism was created by the mystic Lao Tzu in China. This meditation method can change our energy and lead it upwards. It is recommended to do this twice a day, for twenty minutes at a time; First in the morning just before getting out of bed, then in the evening just before going to sleep. The meditation lasts 20 minutes and has one stage. It ends when you hear three bell rings.
